Before the visit
You will receive intake forms by text and email. If you have recent X-rays or an MRI, bring the report or upload it; it can save you a second visit.
During the visit
In person, expect a physical exam and, where relevant, an imaging review. By video, the provider focuses on history, symptoms, and whether an in-person exam is needed.
